 http://health.hawaii.gov/medicalcannabis/ and you can see processing times about halfway down the page. It typically takes 2-4 weeks to receive your card in the mail.

Q. I lost my card. How do I get a new one? 
You must fill out a change packet form in order to get a new card. This is done completely through the state and it's not something Ola Kai Cannabis Care, LLC can help you with.
